They're still allowing anyone to post whatever they want right? They're just adding an asterisk at the bottom with links to US news sources that offer facts contradicting the message being posted I believe. I have no problem with that. Still free speech which I'll always defend.

Not at all. If you post an ideology that is incorrect either morally or factually, your account is deleted. The issue comes in where right wing people are being de-platformed because some twitter nerd disagreed with said person.

Twitter should be shut down. And I’m not saying this because trump and twitter are beefing. It’s a cesspool of false information, online lynchings and all around negative aspects of social media that leads people to hate and division. We would all be better off if Twitter did not exist.
