Boston butt going on the BGE tonight for lunch tomorrow. What’s your go too sauce for pulled pork?

I like a thinner, vinegar-based sauce for pork that is pulled

Vinegar based here too. Some oil. Crushed red pepper etc. etc.

I use several store-bought sauces on pulled pork. They're all regional sauces and not widely available, so I'm no help on a brand.
Seem to recall that there are a couple of good recipes on the FD recipe link.
I also use regular hot sauce (Crystal, etc.) on pulled pork for sandwiches. Saw a bbq restaurant in the Carolinas that serves their chopped whole hog bbq that way.

You can try what is called a finishing sauce if you want to make vinegar based sauce (nothing like bbq sauce). I have used and like big mikes bbq sauce in PP before.
Split the meat and try both

J Lee if you can find it. Local brand on the Coast.

If you can find Lillie's Carolina sauce locally, it's pretty darn good on pulled pork. Leans more on the vinegar side which is what I like.
LINK
I order Dreamland, but you don't have time for that unless you live near one.
Heinz has a Carolina tangy that I've used in a pinch. I'd use it again.

Gates BBQ sauce is my favorite for pulled pork, and although they probably don't sell it nationwide, Martha Stewart of all people had the owner on her show years ago and has the recipe online. It's my go-to for anything pork:

Blues Hog Tennessee Red.
You can make a vinegar sauce at home with common pantry ingredients. I like the Blues Hog the best though

TD's very own Rat makes on of the best sauces I have ever enjoyed. It is worth making.
Rat’s BBQ Sauce
Makes 2 quarts
Cooking time 2 hours 30 minutes
Ingredients:
1 Cup Yellow Mustard
1 Cup Vegetable Oil
2 1/2 cups dried chopped onions (8 ounces, by weight), or 5 pounds of fresh onion, chopped
5 cups warm water
10 ounce bottle Worcestershire sauce
1 cup ketchup
6 Tablespoons Tomato Paste
3/4 cup Chili Sauce
6 Tablespoons sugar
1/4 cup margarine
2 teaspoons garlic powder
2 teaspoons smoked paprika
1 teaspoon Louisiana hot sauce
1 teaspoon chili powder
Directions:
Pour warm water over the dried onions in a bowl and allow to rehydrate for 30 minutes.
In a pot of suitable size,, put all the ingredients, including the warm water and simmer for 2 hours or more, until the onions are very soft.
For basting sauce, take a portion of the sauce and add an equal amount of vegetable oil and heat. Use the top part of this mixture (the oil) for basting on the grill. The thicker sauce on the bottom can be painted on the meat during the last few minutes of cooking or served with the meat as a table sauce.
Notes:
This sauce is very similar to the two famous Ville Platte BBQ sauces. Jack Miller’s and Pig Stand. The recipe was reverse engineered based on the ingredients list and some knowledge of how a similar sauce was made.
Pig Stand sauce is slightly sweeter than Jack Miller’s sauce.

I was going to say that one too but figured they couldn’t get it in time. His seasoning and you tube vids are solid! Just did his Alabama white sauce and love it.
