Your premise is wrong. He wasn’t hunted down. They followed him after he fled the scene. They asked to speak with him, they had the police on the phone with them as they were following him. Then Arbery decides to run towards the man and attempts to take his firearm from him. Don’t you understand that that’s when he was shot, when he attacked?
That’s not being “hunted down”; Saying he was hunted down is just stupid.
