This is exactly where Backman believes vitamin D plays a major role. Not only does vitamin D enhance our innate immune systems, it also prevents our immune systems from becoming dangerously overactive. This means that having healthy levels of vitamin D could protect patients against severe complications, including death, from COVID-19.

Que Trump in his presser today encouraging people to get more vitamin D just to have CNN and MSNBC step in with Dr. Sanjay Gupta saying "there is no documented evidence that Vitamin D can cure coronavirus" while ridiculing the POTUS for saying that getting sun will prevent Covid.

You really need to watch Eddie Halls YouTube vids.

Or just watch trends for those dying.

This has been known since african doctors in northern Europe started dropping like flies.

alright, did the Vitamin D cause the bad outcomes, or did the bad outcome cause a low vitamin D level? You'd have to test people before and after getting infected to find out which.

This also fits in with the racial disparity in the infection rate (comorbidities are likely not the explanation - in Mississippi the white mortality rate is slightly higher).

My allergist told me those with bad allergies also have low D levels. Can't remember if allergies lowered D or low D caused allergies, but there is a correlation. So watch out those of you with bad allergies.

My neice that lives in Manhattan is pharma rep. She sent me a link to some vitamins on Amazon that she wants us to take.

I'll probably knuckle under and buy them.

Obviously this means we need to stay inside forever, as well as making sure no one else dares to venture into the outdoors...

Unless they are millionaires in their back garden singing imagine to let us know how bad they have it.
