Phase 1 starts friday. Restaurants, and bars that sell food can open

at 25% capacity.

Of course, its possible this may not apply to New Orleans as Latoya has already hinted at stricter guidelines.

But for the rest of the state, its open.

Bars that sell food is particularly interesting!

nice to see that I will be able to sit in the bar at Sammy's or George's and drink a cold one while waiting on my pickup order -

I thought I saw that bars could open standing room only if people could keep their distance.

It's so ignorant that a brewery that serves food can open but a brewery that doesn't serve food can't.

There is irony in this 25% rule.

If 8 patrons enter to dine you have to seat them 6ft apart. If a party of 8 asks for a table, they can sit elbow to elbow.
A couple in line could pair with another couple at the same table and not be in violation.
