And businesses must shut down, nobody should be working, and yet we need this stuff made by businesses. Weird how that works. Next people will complain about food shortages. And yet we still need to be shut down. So odd.

Isn’t New Orleans in the best condition in the state per our governor? This nurse says PPE is sporadic in New Orleans. I don’t believe it one bit.

If New Orleans is still on earth, they are running tight on N95s and running real tight on gowns. And that's leaving aside the fact that normal infection control procedures regarding the frequency of changing masks and gowns have been out of the window for a month. Earth is short of PPE.

Seriously, though, I haven't seen any since this shite started. I always load up at the beginning of flu season anyways, so we haven't run out.

The strongest and most effective commercially available disinfectant takes 60 seconds sitting untouched on non-porous surfaces to kill Corona. Most take up to 10 minutes.
You do the math. 6 seconds of hand sanitizer on your hands gonna kill it? Short answer is it is feel good. Washing hands is far more effective.

If she's using the same mask, she is endangering herself and others. My nurses get all they need. No reusing. After any symptomatic patients, they go in the trash. Haven't run out yet.
