I went to the gas station earlier and was well within 6 feet of a few people several times, including the clerk who had probably checked out 300 people today.

Most gas stations I've been in people are in line 6 feet apart. Of course in the aisles you can't help coming within 6 feet of someone when passing them.

I'm on team "open this shite up" by a pretty wide margin. I think we just misunderstood each other a bit.

and if you happen to be one of the ones who has it with no symptoms there's no telling how many people you have infected.

I live over in suburbia in the Hampton Cove area. Commute kind of sucks but I love being surrounded by nature. Thinking about getting some land out towards Gurley eventually.

Huntsville is such a nice area. Been here three years now and could see myself living here as long as it keeps growing with the amenities. I don’t know when you left, but it’s growing super fast so it might look different from when you left. Mid City is obviously the new big project, but South Memorial is getting a facelift as well. Super Chix and Bad Daddies are both great.

If that's the case, they should have stayed locked in their homes.

Neighbors are having a party today. Other neighbors had one last night. PI'm having one later tonight. People are tired of this nonsense.

I’m sure it will get shut back down. We as a society are too stupid to handle the freedom we are given.

We shouldnt need to be “given” freedom. It was earned a long time ago. Social distancing is bullshite to begin with. The closures were overboard

Orange Beach doesn't frick around. They're probably going to shut down again if people continue to act stupid.

Then they will just go to your sandy vagina.

We haven't been to Bama since the corona started. We are supposed to go to Fort Morgan on Memorial Day weekend though.

My wife is from Alabama but we will stay away from her parents for some time. The Rona would almost assuredly kill my FIL who's in bad health.

Probably 50-70% of the population is regularly attending cookouts or bonfires or something equivalent right now based on the behavior of my social circles. These lockdowns have turned into kind of a farce and you are correct, many are definitely over it and ready to push on to the other side of this mountain.

Ya, grandparents used to live there and my sister is out in OXR. Nice area, but the drive to Redstone/CRP sucks from there.

That's currently my dilemma. I'd like some land out in the Harvest/Toney area but the wife is wanting a remodeled older home in the Five Points/Blossomwood area.

I was born and raised there and I'm still shocked every time I go back to visit friends and family how much its grown. I just happened to look at my grandparent's old house off Bel Air and it just sold for 400k. Good lord.

Our ancestors earned freedom and gave it to us and we can’t handle it. You know I’m right

Rights are supposed to be inalienable. As in, given by virtue of existing. Some call them “human rights”. Just saying.

Maybe, but this doesn’t have anything to do with it. If I want to go sit under a tent at a bar on the beach and drink shitty frozen drinks and tall boy beers while listening to a bad cover of Wagon Wheel I should be able to do that no questions asked and no guidelines
