As we age we become much more familiar, and comfortable, with who we really are. We recognize and appreciate both our talents and our shortcomings. I'm 43 and have come to realize I have above average reflexes....something slips out of my hand or I see something falling, I'm on it. Building something out of a few pieces of wood? fricking forget about it...I am not a handy person.

I chose my career at age 18. Been doing the same thing for 25 years. I'm damn good at it but as I've come to know myself better over the years, I really think I should've become a lawyer. Lawyers are scum for the most part but, given the skills I've come to recognize I possess over the years, I'm pretty sure I would've been a pretty damn good lawyer.

What do you think your "true calling" was now that your older?

I was just thinking about this the other day. I'm pretty sure I have way above average reflexes and balance... it's strange.

I wish I had gone into engineering... mechanical or aerospace.

I’m a lawyer but don’t practice.

My true calling is sports
writing because it has a positive impact on people.

I’m dispensable at that job so now I’m stocking shelves at Wal-Matt.

I’ll continue writing as a freelancer when sports resume.

I’m going to stay with Wal-Mart, too.

I always wanted to be a ninja. My dad said I had to go to college to be one. When I graduated, I found out he was full of shite. Too late..
