I heard the Barksdale B-52 flyover in Ruston yesterday. Never saw them, but they followed I-20 coming back from doing a Monroe flyover.

I saw they were doing a tribute to health care workers. OT baws gonna protest this undeserved puffing up of people just doing their jobs.

It's something to see/hear if you have the opportunity. Loved watching the first timers at the Pcola run almost drop to their knees. Good times. USAF, y'all ROCK!

Probably just a show of force from the government to scare people back into quarantine.

I haven’t heard about this. Only about flyover in the Northeast on Tuesday.

WTF OVER?

Both teams flying together?

THAT would make the trip to NOLA to see.

Doesnt seem like this event will be tomorrow. Looks like they will begin next week with the teams getting with the cities to release the information. DOD released a statement about the events yesterday. Joint announcement from the US Navy and US Air Force

quote:

The two demonstration teams will fly over areas of the country hardest hit by COVID-19, starting next week as both joint and individual team flights occurring every one-to-two days until mid-May.

quote:

In order to reach the maximum number of Americans, some portions of America Strong will feature only the Blue Angels or the Thunderbirds, while others will include both teams flying in their signature Delta formations simultaneously.

More information to be provided soon on dates and locations.

Thunderbirds flew over front range of Colorado last Saturday. Were in COS for AFA graduation
