It’s because there were two elite LBs in the draft in Murray and Queen and a huge fall off after that.

If this was the case why was Queen not the 2nd linebacker taken?
Also put me in the Gay camp. Think he can be as good as the ones taken in the first round.

Yeah no. He ain't elite. He'll be pretty good IF he hits his ceiling.
Wouldn't necessarily call Murray elite either (but definitely more solid than Queen starting out).
Simmons was the only elite LB this year. No others drafted before 20 and he was top 10.
