If it has to be 14 consecutive days where positive cases decrease day over day, then we are at Day 0 right now. We just an increase in positive cases over yesterday.

I don't think we would meet any of the criteria right now.

Probably so, but I don't trust JBE and the mayors of NO and BR to get it right
