“Effective April 9, we are placing a 9:00 pm curfew on liquor sales in Chicago. A liquor curfew will remain in place during Illinois Governor JB Pritzker’s stay-at-home order,” Lightfoot said.

I'm with the peops in the hood on this. Everybody at 7pm head to your favorite liquor store and then head to the nearest park get ripped and faced.

So, they won't sell any after 9 PM. You can buy 20 fifths of liquor and as many cases of beer as you want at 8:45. This is a great solution.

Liquor stores close at 9 in Texas. You can still purchase alcohol at establishments until 2am. I'm guessing Chicago is banning mixed drink deliveries after 9.
