What’s your fish cleaning set up

What do you boys use as a set up to clean fish? I live in a neighborhood and thinking about those fillet tables but not sure if they any good.
I’ve done it all from a 24”x36” cutting board on the truck tailgate in the driveway to plywood square on sawhorses. Usually store everything in the garage and move it to the back of the house when needed so something relatively easy would be preferred.

Plastic folding table and a water hose

Towel on top of plywood so they don’t slide around

Right now its 2 saw horses and a piece of 3/4 plywood from an old sink cutout. A buddy renovated his kitchen and gave me his granite island top. going to make a cleaning table with it eventually.

The lil fillet table. I never hook the hose to the lil faucet though.

Built a cedar table by a hose bib in backyard. Used a bucket as a sink and put in a faucet. It drains into the back of a flower bed on other side of the fence. About to run sewer to the area to hook it up right. Also putting a floor drain, pouring concrete, and screening it it in. Will become a boiling room/ fish cleaning room.

Out at our hunting club I built a very basic table with a plywood top and laid laminate floor over that. Works great.

I have an old table that I put 2 milk crates on with a small piece of plywood on top of the milk crates. That way I don’t have to bend over. That shite kills my back.
I put all the heads, guts, and backbones in 5 gallon buckets and go throw them in the river after dark.

I bought this table at Bass Pro on a black friday sale or something for $60. Even though I dont use the faucet much, I like it more than I thought.
I only have a good slope in my front yard so I setup in my driveway out front and flush bits and scales down my driveway. Im in a subdivision so the looks I get from joggers and families out for a stroll are hilarious.

I've had one sitting outside for 3 years. I bought it from Cabelas. It has the sink/drain/spigot but that just got in the way. I fill the sink with bream and rinse them to make it easy to grab fish without going to the ice chest for every single one. It's similar to this one, it looks like the only difference is the sink orientation.

The lip around the edge is a pain in the arse to deal with when using an electric knife. I put cheap wal mart cutting board on top.
ETA: AutoYes Clown posted a pic of the exact one that I have above.

Stainless Steel table from Ducote's restaurant supply, a large plastic cutting board from there as well and a 5 gallon bucket for the scraps. I use the electric knife to fillet all the fish then use the cutting board and a rapala fillet knife to remove the ribs and stray fin bone from the fillets.

If I'm fishing anywhere close to my home where I grew up, I go to back yard, fold down a piece of plywood that has formica on it. Clean fish, turn around and throw into the bayou. You don't realize how nice it is to live in the country until you move to the city....

Just build you a small bench on casters and screw down a piece of starboard or HDPE.

Demo'd my fathers old law office and saved a two well sink. Built a table and roof to cover it. Ran water, electricity and drain to table. Use a old piece of cedar 12" x 30" as a cutting board. Cleans ducks as well. Outdoor refrigerator right next to it with freezer. Might have a hundred in it.

Cutting board on kitchen counter next to the sink. Rib meat cut out of the filets goes in one pile for catfish bait, and frozen in ziploc. The rest goes in Kroger bags and into freezer for trash day. Thanks for reminding me that's tomorrow, I have a few bags I need to dispose of.

Ducks, geese, fish, quail, pheasant, huns, grouse and dove are all done the same way....piece of plywood on top of the garbage can...shove anything not wanted straight in the can and push it to the curb. Hose bib right next to the cans....perfect height....neighborhood has duck feathers everywhere from October through about July LOL....
So I have always used plastic bags to freeze stuff in but I see most people are using a vacuum sealing system nowadays. Thoughts? I have thought about buying one but never pulled the trigger.....

I fabricated mine from 316 stainless steel.
You can't see in the picture, but in the trough beneath the Orange bowl, there's an 8"×8" hole. Bottom side of the hole has tabs welded on where I can slide a standard round 5 gallon bucket into them securely for catching guts, carcasses and skins.
There's a hook welded on the side for hanging a warm water bucket for rinsing hands, or for lip hanging big catfish to bleed them out.
I just hose it off when I'm done using it and it stays clean.

An old 4x12 (~35 years) piece of wood on a 5 gallon bucket. I sit on a milk crate. Old cheap fillet knives, nothing special. 99.999% freshwater and 75% of that is catfish.
There are probably better options, but we all get set in our ways.
