Down numerous Defensive and Offensive Starters...LSU played on...

After the cheap shot by Connor and the Superman pose on Joey B. Joe walked off the field with probably a concussion. The way the team reacted by physically destroying UCF, giving the Knights a proper grinding of there faces in the mud. You could tell that was Joe Burrow’s team and they had his back...

LSU had multiple ejections and the UCF Quarterback hated Joey Connor for bringing that rage into his life.

Never been so proud to see our teams reaction

LSU never lost a game after that with Burrow at QB....

He also spit on Burrow. frick that dude.

Had a UCF fan approach me and asked me about that hit. He was drunk, so I asked him if he was proud of that hit. Told him he needed to sit down as I’m still salty about it.

I contend that Burrow was a real good Qb before that hit, and his team loved him looong before that. It didn’t always gel, and personnel and plan weren’t all in place yet, but they knew they had a Qb pretty early.

This whole “after that hit” shite is just nonsense from people who weren’t watching a guy play Qb last year.

That again to me proved what he was made of as a man and how special he was going to be.

Yeah I know about the Georgia game but to me that was the game that told me everything I needed to know.

Tough hit, but Joe picked himself off the turf and showed that he is the champion he is.

Justin Madubuike opened the game (A&M) last season by dragging down Burrow from behind with a bad horse collar tackle on the first play of the game on a Burrow scramble. After that point Burrow went 23 for 32, 352 yards, 3 TD, 0 INT passing.

Poor A&M, you dont rustle tGOAT

I was actually mad as frick at him. In my playing days, me and the rest of the offense line would be looking for that punk at the end of plays and would soon regret it after several 280ish pound guys bulldozing him, assuming we could catch him lol

I just rewatched the highlights. We winded up only winning by 8 but it could have been much worse. After the int-TD cheap shot on JB, UCf had little opportunities. They got a TD right before half, and were gifted 3 pts on JJs muffed punt. They got a TD late in the 4th as well.

Cole Tracy has a great game as did R Lawrence who looked like he was playing against high schoolers. Still a good overall game for us considering we had WRs playing CB.

4 downvotes.

It seems like everytime someone makes a positive comment about our unbelievable season or about a legendary player, there are 4 or 5 downvotes. Are these people maybe the same people asking the questions in the daily white house briefings? Is that possible?
