wow ... glad to hear him say that hospitalizations and vents are the "important" things to look at and that the deaths are lagging.

Just said he thinks we may be seeing the beginning of the flattening of the curve.

Maybe we won't get yelled at today.

New admissions are trending downward.
Additional 750 vents acquired.

As a job creator, Eddie Rispone surely would have put this virus to work for the good of Louisiana citizens.

Complimenting the staff on reducing the number of people getting on vents .. not being ugly, but what are they doing? The treatment is meds and oxygen if needed, right? I mean good care is important but what specifically are they doing? I didn't htink this had a treatment other than the two meds?

"too soon to know if we've peaked"

Results could be abnormally low given it was the weekend

Could have sworn the models everyone was touting pointed to the peak being 5 days ago.

The curve will forever be flattening and we will forever be 2 weeks away from the peak.

You mean the temporary 1% tax that was implemented in 2016.

Half of the top 20 counties/parishes in the country are ours when it comes to with respect to covid deaths/100,000 residents. 2 days ago we had 6 of the top 20.

Use the money we're going to save on Social Security and use that to build a new bridge in BR?
