I'll go with the Life and Time of Grizzly Adams.
I haven't seen it on cable in years. It would be a natural fit on a western network.

Life Goes On
aka The Corky Show
Notable for being the first tv show to prominently feature a kid with Down Syndrome.
The show was a solid family comedy/drama. Its restraint was very admirable. The cheap thing to do would have been to make the entire show about Down Syndrome and stuff but it really wasn't. It legitimately felt like a real life look at a family who just happens to have a kid with it.
Show was extremely well known when it originally aired, but seems to have been largely forgotten. I haven't seen it in reruns anywhere.

Seeing Richard Mulligan it's impossible not to think of another not seen much lately show: SOAP
The national introduction to Mulligan, Billy Crystal, Katherine Helmond, Robert Guillaume, Robert Mandan, etc. Not an ageless classic, but a pretty good show in it's day.
