March 25 (Reuters) - New Orleans is on track to become the next coronavirus epicenter in the United States, dimming hopes that less densely populated and warmer-climate cities would escape the worst of the pandemic, and that summer months could see it wane.

We need to lock it down. No travel in or out.

I agree that restrictions to travel may be in the cards for major COVID-19 hot spots.

I'm not sure the picture of a musical instrument that requires a spit valve is going to earn a lot of points in this thread.

Dr. Peter Hotez misses the point in the article. It was definitely caused by Mardi Gras here. It was wide spread fast as a result. That's why here is an outlier for a "hot and humid" location having high numbers. The damage was already done before it warmed up.

How this wasn't done at least a few days ago is beyond me. Probably needed to be done a week ago at minimum.

Kind of like throwing a free party, and several people show up with a life-threatening, highly contagious illness and sneeze all over your place.
Now, let’s talk shite about the host of the party. Y’all so smart! Blow the levees!
Sickening. GFY.
