How soon should we expect the NYT, WaPo, etc article telling us this isn't true and as little as 10 GRAMS of the medicine could be fatal?

Did Donnie invent the stuff?
Doesn’t his own medical advisor say there should be at least some form of clinical trial?

Obviously, I hope it’s extremely effective

Chloroquine and hydroxychloroquine, a more tolerable formulation, are not approved to treat COVID-19. Still, U.S. authorities and others are exploring their potential following encouraging preliminary results.

In response, Novartis has pledged a global donation of up to 130 million hydroxychloroquine tablets, pending regulatory approvals for COVID-19. Mylan is ramping up production at its West Virginia Facility with enough supplies to make 50 million tablets. Teva is donating 16 million tablets to hospitals around the U.S.

In my opinion companies just don’t retool their factory to produce a drug not heavily used in many years unless some off the record request to be ready has been mad

AZITHROMYCIN

This is an antibiotic. COVID-19 is a virus. Not sure how an antibiotic would do anything to a virus?

Why not use this as the "clinical trial" since we know the worst side effect of this is shitting? Which may be our biggest problem because the world's supply of toilet paper is being horded up by dumbasses.

Or we could just let everyone that has it sit in limbo for 12 months while we cut red tape to get to get it approved.

He's merely regurgitating the hysterical statements being made by the media.

CNN headline in 30 minutes:

Trump pushes dangerous HYDROXYCHLOROQUINE & AZIAZITHROMYCIN!

In an unexpected turning point, Donald Trump is bullying the FDA and drug companies to approve a high dangerous drug that could kill more Americans than even the worst American made Coronavirus ever could. Sources tell CNN that when taken together (start small print) in 5,000 gram doses (end small print) has a fatality rate of 100%. Americans need to be outraged!

You develop bacterial infection in your lungs.

This is what's killing people.

You've never had a virus and ended up with a respiratory infection?

Very common.
