What are you watching right now/today? Figured we could share here as we come across TV shows/movies.

I somehow missed Silver Linings Playbook along the way and watching it now. Pretty amazing.

I just started The Americans. Digging it so far. Have watched basically every other good show out there.

Same. I’m hoping maybe someone will throw out some content from the deep recesses of Netflix or Amazon that I haven’t seen.

Thought it would be a good time to bust out that John Adams miniseries.

I'm going back to pre-Corona times and following the underrated 80s list from last week.

Three O'Clock High is my first watch. I haven't seen Tuff Turf in like 2 decades. Never saw Turk 182.

Should be fun.

Just started the IFC show Brockmire on Hulu. Solid little show about a shitty low level baseball organization doing everything it can to survive by hiring a sportscaster who had an infamous on air meltdown over his wife cheating on him.

Hank Azaria and Amanda Peet FTW. LINK

I started The Leftovers a few weeks ago. Really upped the episodes per day.

Just got to the end of s2. All I can say for the episode "International Assassin" - WTF

I’ll put what I liked the last few years with Netflix, Hulu, and Prime

I don’t love them all but I liked them enough to have finished the series.

Little bit for everyone:
Bodyguard (series not movie)
Stranger Things
Dark
Dirty John
Punisher
Witcher
Taboo
Lost
Shield
Vikings
Black Sails
Firefly
Elementary
Altered Carbon
Locke and Key
Poldark
Boys
Carnival Row
Parks and Rec
Office
Americans
Justified
Brooklyn 99
Jack Ryan
Sinner
Sherlock

Not a perfect list but most people can enjoy those I think.

I don't see Bosch on that list. If you still have Prime, I highly recommend it. I also really linked Banshee as well.

I haven’t started those and humorously I’ve read almost all of the Connelly books.

It took a third watch for me to get through the first two episodes of Silicon Valley. I had to make myself watch, but once I got to about episode 4 or 5, the light bulb came on, and it’s incredible. Just started season 3.

Only thing about Banshee is that Prime only has the first 2 seasons. The other 2 are on Cinemax On Demand.
