94 year old Tennessee man deported

Didn’t see this posted already but found this interesting. It’s a CNN link on a 94 year old man being deported to Germany for being a concentration camp guard. He “claims” he was forced into it and never carried a weapon. Thought good discussion.

I said it during the case of that accountant from Auschwitz a few years back and I'm going to say it now, trials like this are freaking stupid. This man is practically at death's door, he isn't being accused of killing anyone, and the crime he is accused of committing (guarding prisoners in inhumane conditions) was committed on the edge of living memory.
Leave the man alone, let him die in peace, and let God be his final judge.

Exactly. I am certain there are MS-13 thugs, rapists and murderers who need deporting more than that guy. If he's lived a clean life and been a model American, then let him be. He might have been a Nazi soldier, but it doesn't mean he was a Nazi.
Now, if he's here illegally, then frick him.
