Cryin Chuck should receive a Censure at the minimum of such an obvious threat.

What's he going to do to them?
They're doing their jobs and interpreting the law, even if you don't agree with their interpretations. That's not an impeachable offense, so he can't be advocating for impeachment.
Does he mean that Congress will respond to such unfavorable rulings with legislation that undermines said rulings?
Does he mean he will advocate for violence?
Or is he just trying to score easy points at a rally where the audience is an echo-chamber?
