First mid-30's but I don't get them often. But when I do, it's always at the wrong time.
2 instances:
Work trip and we have a vendor-sponsored golf outing. By the end of the round, I was walking around like I had a fricking 15" dildo stuck up my arse. To their credit, no one said anything. Six of us were riding back in a rental and I asked to stop at Walgreens and have one of them run in to get my hemorrhoid cream. Classy!
Another work trip, it fricking hurts to walk. I head down to the little gift shop in the hotel and I can't find the damn Preparation H so, in a very hushed almost whisper, I had to ask the lady working where the PrepH was. She grabbed it for me from behind the counter and, in a rather loud voice, let me know that hemerrhoid cream was also amazing for bags and/or dark circles under the eyes. Great talk, lady.

I had one a few years ago but it didn’t really hurt. It just bled for like a week every month. I got to where I knew it was coming and would be irritable for a week beforehand. I ended up having to roll some toilet paper up and shoving it up there to absorb the blood so it wouldn’t stain the women’s underwear I wear daily.

About 25. I used to get them a lot. When they get really bad the doctor will lance them, squeeze out the clotty blood, and "tuck" them back in. You can do it yourself if you're careful.

If everyone is being honest and technical, we've all had our hemorrhoids since birth.
The tissue is there in everyone so you don't rip out your a-hole when you shite, acts as sort of a shock absorber.
The problem is when too much blood fills them and then doesn't drain, they become "thrombosed hemorrhoids."
Most of the time, with internal hemorrhoids, people don't know they have an issue unless they bleed or prolapse. External ones are the bothersome type, most of the time.
Having said that, I've had issues with them. Had my first "bad case" at 24 after lifting some stuff. Had them lanced and the clots drained.

Got my first one 3 weeks ago. Had no idea they were so painful.
I may overdose on Imodium if I get another one so I don't get any urges to poop. That was awful.

Just finished healing from my first bout at 37. Theh were external so not as bad. Here is what I did:
1. Check your diet. Eating poorly makes harder to pass bowel movements
2. Drink lots of water
3. Take five supplements
4. Try cleaning in the shower as much as possible or get a bidet. Wiping marathons are not helping anything
5. This may be the biggest one...do not take your cellphone in the bathroom with you. Sitting on the toilet longer puts pressure down there. Finish your business and go

Late 30's I think.
Get some epsom salt, run a bath as hot as you can stand it, and soak in it for 10-15 minutes. Your anus will feel much better afterwards. And increase your fiber intake to help prevent it coming back.

Get yourself some Psyllium Husks Powder and flushable wet wipes. You’d be able to set your watch by what time you go take a dump.
I’m on the 5:45 schedule. Comes out slick and only takes one wipe.

late 20's/early 30's (can't remember). Drank way too much wild turkey on new years day, got black out drunk and woke up January 2nd with a grape between my arse cheeks. it freaked me out but was gone in a week. that was about 20 years ago and I've never had another one.
