Need some advice , about a year ago wife started snoring loudly . After sex i now put in ear buds .she still keeps me awake . Should I ask her to go to spare bedroom ? Maybe I should just go to spare bedroom . I don't snore .

My husband snores and I never slept. I told him he needed to do something ie an ent visit. He instead ordered some mouth piece — it’s blue and can be cut to fit your mouth.

It works but I have no idea what brand it is.

If she only just started snoring, she either put on a ton of weight, has a deviated septum, or both. She needs to see a dietitian, ENT, or both.

And then keep the weight off fricking her personal trainer.

Whats the warranty period for her? Can you still trade her in?

You had to sneak this shite in there. It had absolutely nothing to do with the story. Congrats, that wasn't so subtle.

I just push her with my foot until she wakes up then I act like I didn't mean to wake her up. I can usually fall asleep before she starts snoring again

Your wife snores when she sleeps at my house too, try sticking your finger in her butt.

Spend $5k on a bed with the split head tilt feature. Tilt her side up, no snoring. Best bucks I ever spent.

Tell her to stop drinking before bed, lose weight, and not sleep on her back.

If those things don't work tell her to get a CPAP or surgery.

If that doesn't work, kill her and bury the body in the woods.
