You could put them on Facebook and within minutes have them adopted
So they pop out and you just list them as free puppies on the internet? Is that how it works?

OR

Do you have to help momma take care of this unwanted litter for 2 months and tote them to the vet for de-worming and shots? List them as "free puppies to a good home" and hope that they don't become bait dogs or abandoned within their first year of life.

I've rescued and fostered German Shepherds for the past three years now and found them good homes. I pay for their food, shots, pills and neuter/spay and don't charge "re-homing fees". I do it for the love of the breed. You can take your high road and shove it up your arse.

Maybe, you could put your money where your mouth is and carry your arse down to the shelter and rescue a litter of unwanted puppies. They're out there. Or you can continue to shake your fist in outrage from behind your screen.

Again, I don't know how I feel about it.

Who gets to be the guy that chains a healthy coon to a floating log?

Sounds like a good description of the animal control truck

I had a gut feeling you’d come in this thread and say something stupid. Wasn’t disappointed

Not sure how that was "stupid". It was something that happened that is relevant to the topic.

This happens a lot. My uncle is a retired game warden. One time, he was out on boat patrol when he saw someone dump a black bag over a bridge into the river. When he retrieved it, he discovered a yellow lab puppy. One of my cousins took in the dog. He had that dog until it died of old age.

Seriously, Duke? What's your IQ? It doesn't take much brain processing power to know that drowning innocent animals is fricking evil. And yeah if you don't fix your animal, those puppies are your responsibility.

There are these videos of dudes in like india pulling tiny drowned puppies out of rivers and giving them CPR on Facebook that get MILLIONS of views.

Almost all of them are people who drown puppy after puppy until they save one trying to go viral.

And you know that for a fact because you live in India and watch the guys drowning them first??

This is fricked up, but that's some country shite. One of my great grandmothers, who lived on a farm, when her cats had kittens that's how she would get rid of them. Put them in a sack, put rocks in it with the kittens and throw them in the bayou.

I know this will piss some people off and be appalled by this, but we are talking about a woman in her 80s, during the early 80s who grew up on the farm. They did shite a little bit different than we do today.

Just sounds like a mean old bitch to me. A mean old bitch in the early 80s is the same as a mean old bitch today.

I haven't talked or seen a cousin of mine in 40 years because of his treatment of animals. I was young then and there wasn't anyone to call in those days.

So let me get this logic straight. You’re conflicted about this because if you give them away, they might end up in a bad situation? To avoid that possibility, throwing them into a river to drown is a scenario you would consider.

Are you allowed to leave your house without a helmet on?

Don’t know if I believe this story. Wouldn’t a bag of 8 puppies sink if they are concentrated in a bag and not swimming? If he thought it was trash, he wouldn’t be rushing over to get it just in time.

Or it could’ve been a good ole country baw that cares about keeping our waterways, which we treasure so much in Louisiana, clean. He saw someone throw a bag of trash and he decided to clean it up
