Why are they suing the Boy Scouts instead of the rapists? The Boy Scouts does not condone this behavior, so what did they do wrong? Are they saying that the BSA did wrong by allowing the queers in?

It's a shame what that organization has become. I went all the way to Eagle scout when I was 17.

Go ahead and keep justifying the sex abuse priests have had for centuries. To outsiders, there's a clear parallel to what the Not Scouts are accused of and some, repeat some, Catholic priests have been accused of.

I really don't understand why the fact that some guy tried to blow you 20 years ago or whatever has to translate into some big cash payout. How does that work? Do you just sit around moping like, "gee, that sucked when that guy tried to play with my schmeckl back in '98, but I reckon I'll be fine as long as I have m'Corvette here."

I was super hungry one day and cooked a shite ton of the rice and 5 bean chili or something like that and it was the worst fricking meal we had all week. Took me forever to get all that down without throwing up.

As an Eagle it hurts me to see just how quickly this organization decayed, it was a great avenue for sons and fathers to bond over the great outdoors with like minded families. But the abuse was already going on by the time I Eagled out and it was clear there was a rot at the top.
Combine their cover-ups of all the abuse and now add in the fact that trannies, homosexuals and women are all free to join and mix you see the carcass of a once great American institution left to fester in the sun for the liberal vultures to pick apart.
I hope another scouting organisation that stays true to their beliefs is able to take its place. Scouts offered a lot of good things for kids like myself who didnt grow up OT rich like some of yall.

Sad day, but it is a different time & era. Unfortunately, there may not be a place for a youth organ like BSA in today’s America. Only difference from the archdiocese, is they have deeper coffers.

Maybe people should have participated in it then, sorry but the BSA had a participation issue. Kids weren’t doing it anymore, so they opened up the doors to try to get more bodies, when that didn’t work either they said screw it and let girls in too. BSA couldn’t keep up with the changing world and became outdated, it tried to fix it by losing it’s values and letting anyone in. Looks like they will really be done in by sexual assaults that happened long before either letting in gays or girls.
