the people I know who go on this diet never lose any weight
and the one exception I know to that lost like 20 lbs and put it back on in a matter of WEEKS
people just don't want to deal with the reality that is CICO, the only proven way to lose weight.
it comes down to discipline and self-control, and no fad diet or app or class is going to let you skip that step

Sugar is worse
High fructose corn syrup is the worst of all,that shite should be outlawed.
Dairy isn’t good for people either.Milk was designed by nature for baby animals.Several studies have shown that countries with highest dairy intake have highest incidence of osteoporosis,breast cancer,prostate cancer.
You can’t trust info from a dietitian,The Academy Of Nutririon and Dietics controls dietary education and licensing of dietitians in. U.S.and receives a great deal of it’s funding from food industry-Kellogg’s,Coca-Cola and others.
A good website for people interested is NutritionFacts.org.

Cholesterol shoots through the roof. It will literally kill you long term.
But, from a looks standpoint, it does work.
Problem is, once your doctor tells you that you're a fricking idiot and your heart is gonna clog - you gain weight back quickly with a more normal, balanced diet.

they look up keto recipes and it's always like cream cheese stuffed jalapenos, bacon wrapped and dipped in butter
then wash those down with a 16 oz steak and some steamed broccoli

It's a known fact that high fat/high cholesterol foods increase your risk of heart disease and cancer. While a keto diet may help you lose weight, it also has an exponential affect on these pathologies.

Probably good things. Keto diet actually constipates most people, unless they eat a ton of veggies. I have to take a fiber supplement every day to stay regular. If I don't, I can go 3-4 days between bowel movements.
