following for more delicious recipes
Growing up, I would often travel to Southern California to visit my grandparents. Many evenings were spent visiting the farms and wineries of the Inland Empire. Next door to a favorite local creamery was a small avocado farm. An old Mexican couple owned the farm and the love they had for each other could be seen and tasted in the fleshy fruit of each avocado. This memory always forces me to the local farmers market for fresh avocados so I can make this tasty recipe handed down to me by that lovely Mexican couple. Hope you enjoy!
Ingredients: Avocado
Prep Time: zero minutes
Step 1: Eat the avocado

Losing weight isn't hard. Just keep your carbs and sugar to a minimum, limit dairy, no soda, and put down no more than 1500-1700 calories per day. Do that and the fats on this board will shed weight pretty damn fast.
A plus is actually working out.

Ah, those healthy plant-based diets.

I only eat the all natural. Crazy Richards is peanuts only and the Jif is peanuts and salt only.
No added oils for me. If these other dudes do..good for them.

Actually I’m wrong. It’s Smuckers I eat. Not Jif. Just went and got some.

Yep. The processed oils are bad.

i hate having to mix the non-processed PB
if a store has a machine that will crush peanuts for me, that's the best. if not, it's a treat/snack

The fake meat shite kills me. These junk food vegans swear it’s great. I’m like..just eat real meat and not that nasty, oily tasting shite.
I tried it once. Wasn’t for me.

Fair enough. My criticism of them is based on my belief that they are not optimal, and may even be harmful. Coupled with the industry push for them, and criticism of, and continued mistaken beliefs based on decades-old information about, meat-based diets, I think a little goading is warranted.

I get. Too many vegans are preachy and intolerant.
Posted on 2/14/20 at 3:57 pm to northshorebamaman
Agreed. The sad part is that they are what people think of when people say vegan or plant based. Not those of us like presumably you and I who watch what we eat, workout, etc.
It’s frustrating as frick.
