I knew this was how they were able to maintain the revenue despite low attendance.

new York post

world news

Edit: I understand that depending on the park visits, and the specific dates you go (cheap days). It isn't as expensive.

The problem is that Disney plans for people to come cheap days. The parks will be packed the most on those days, so to experience everything you'll stay more days ergo they make the same money.

I'll never understand why people spend so much to go to Disney.

$200 more if you are on one of those scooters and don't have a documented neurological deficiency that keeps you from being able to walk.

not to mention people aren't going to Disney for one day. The more days you go, the less $ per day it costs. That said, it's still all insanely expensive, but it's a little disingenuous for the OP to say it' costs $200 per day to go.

I understand bringing your kids to Disney, as it is somewhat of a must-do trip for children.

I will never understand adults who go, or families that go every year. Disney is good for one trip and you're done.

This is a ploy to make you want to buy a season pass which i think is like $1000.

Ski Resorts do same thing. Single day lift ticket to Vail is $220 if not more now. Vail Resorts season pass good at like 30 Vail properties is $699.

frick Disney, everything franchise they buy they turn to shite.

Keep the story line simple and make it easy to market to kids. I wouldn't go there if someone gave me $200.

The overall points the same, but FTR, this is Disneyland In Cali., not Disneyworld in Orlando.

And yet people will go to sporting events or concerts and spend more than this for 2-4 hours

Universal is superior to Disney in every way. Rides are better and it’s cheaper.

They should raise it another 200 a day....think what that would do to keep the trash out and improve the experience for everyone else.
