Salad with blue cheese crumbles and two boiled eggs, sliced cherry tomatoes with garlic and balsamic. Roasted broccoli with habenero powder, chicken Kari with basmati rice, blackberries for dessert.

I could eat Black Eyed Peas every day.A little Pork.

Some strawberries;if I can only have that.

Is that healthy.

Healthy Black Eyed Peas nay not be as good.

Panned fried protein with butter and no breading. I LOVE mashed broccoli. Boil some broccoli then add garlic and butter. Mash to consistency you like. I do a smoothie that is fantastic. Dark cocoa/peanut butter/half of a frozen banana/egg whites/water and ice to fill. Filling and delicious. Egg whites give it a cake batter taste.
