There is nothing they can say that will remove TRUMP from office. That was never and is never going to happen.

Don’t love it, but the dems are already going all in on their illegitimate acquittal talking points. Tells me they know it’s over, only strategy left is to undermine he results. So I’m not expecting any substantial leaks. Maybe a couple more nothingburger snippets from Bolton’s book, but nothing with the potential of turning the tide

So would it speed things along if the R’s all declined their 10 minutes? 47 D’s x 10 = 470 minutes...so about 8 hours. Shouldn’t have to go all the way to Wednesday.

Valid concern, no doubt. But I'm of the thinking that this inevitability has been factored in to all decisions made to present. To me it's sorta a vote of no confidence as to credibility of the likely subject matter and sources of such that is realistically expected.

The Senators are like Bugs dive bombing into a light -!ie a TV camera light. They all want some air time - including Republicans. I am surprised that it might not wrap up over the weekend. Nobody on he red team wants many more days of Bolton dropping the bombs.
