My nominees:
2005 Bama
2005 Miami
2006 ND
2007 UF
2008 OSU

Any others I'm missing?

07 Florida

That offense was incredible and we held them down enough to come out victorious. That same team would put up 50+ on us the next season.

Even though we lost, Auburn in 06. So frustrating not to move the ball enough to win.

What people forget about that team defensively is the injuries really hurt. They lost Charles Alexander in VT game and then the Chas Ramsey chop made Dorsey a one-legged nose tackle. Beckwith also missed sometime and both were playing hurt going into the Arkansas game.

Refs stuck it to us that game.

Thanks for spiking my blood pressure by bringing that game up.

Anything after the first 2 games is fine if we’re being honest.

Ark 07 maaaaaybe should be avoided, though a 4th down stop would’ve erased that.

Don’t watch Arky 06. You will go insane watching them fail to stop the wildcat 47 times.

I think UF had two pick 6’s in the 08 game.

ETA: I also watched the 06 Auburn 3-7 loss yesterday but skipped all of our offensive snaps bc bleh. I wanted to watch 2006 Florida, but I couldn't find it on the Youtubes. 2007 Moo State was a GREAT defensive game if you can find it.

Alabama 05, Tennessee 06, Arkansas 06, SC 07, Florida 07, SECCG, Natty. what a great run of defense those 3 years

ETA2: If you got a little extra time, you could watch Nebraska vs Texas in the Big 12 Championship in 2009. Texas had the best offense in the country that year and Nebraska held em to 13 points. Texas may have beaten Alabama in the natty if Colt McCoy hadn't gotten hurt early in that game.

Ohio State in the Natty!!
After the long run by Chris Wells on the first play, Bo shut them down the rest of the game! Ali Highsmith murdered Todd Boeckman in the fourth quarter! One of my all time favorite plays!
