It’s not an LSU game but the 2009 big 12 title game he coached against Texas showed what he could do on defense. He held them to 10 points during regulation (13 if you count the extra second)

I would not include UF '07 as one of Pelini's better moments.
For example, after we just scored and the USC loss announced, we promptly gave up a UF TD drive.
OTOH, apart from UF and Arky '07, pick almost any game and watch. Our D's were great with him.
