Not Winning

WEST MONROE, La. (KNOE) - A West Monroe man who has eight DWI convictions was arrested for another DWI over the weekend.
According to arrest records, 61-year-old Roger Dale Hale was stopped at a green light on Thomas Rd. and Glenwood Dr. Saturday night.
The Ouachita Parish Sheriff's Office says they made contact with Hale and he did poorly on field sobriety tests. They say Hale admitted to taking Neurontin, but would not say how many. Neurontin is a nerve pain medication and anticonvulsant.
Authorities say Hale has been arrested for DWI 11 times since 1983 and has 8 convictions. They say he was driving under suspension from a prior DWI arrest.
He was booked on charges several charges including operating a vehicle while intoxicated and driving under suspension.

There is no logic as to why this can even be possible. He is a little time bomb waiting to explode and take someone else's life.

What is wrong with our judicial system?

He is way past the point of being a menace to society. Revolver, tarp, shovel in that order before he kills a family of 5 in an SUV.

he ain’t ever going to jail for any length of time, while a danger to himself and the public, he is far too valuable to local, parish and state governments and pos lawyers committing yet other predictable crimes UNTIL he kills someone and everybody runs for cover and denies accountability, and da wheel goes round and round, rinse and repeat, same old BS...

That fricker needs a permanent residence in the clinker.

Just a matter of time before he kills someone.
