Alabama hatred aside, where would you rank them at the end of 2019

With a healthy Tua I think they're a top 4 team

I'd rank as follows

1. LSU
2. Clemson
3. Ohio State
4. Alabama

Even without Tua it took a couple of crazy fluke plays for them to lose the Iron Bowl against a solid AU team

I don't think anyone in their right mind thinks that OU was actually better than them

With a hypothetical healthy Tua I think they would be #2....

With Tua easily the best offense we played. This Clemson team was advertised early as the best offense ever.

I’d have them solidly in Top 4 with Tua but that D was suspect.

I'm going to listen to the guy who actually played in the games against them. I'll say

1. LSU

2. Auburn
3. Bama
4. Clemson
5. Ohio State

6. Georgia
7. Florida
8. Oklahoma

Auburn lost 4 games... they are not the second best team in the country.

4. Clemson

I could be convinced to flip Bama and OSU. Clemson is 4 even though they beat Ohio State. I know they beat them, but the Buckeyes caught some bad breaks. I wasn't impressed with Clemson going into our game and I was less impressed after.

He’s extremely biased because his matchup was Derrick brown, also he’s talking about the closest game most likely

We can play the what if game all day. 7 or 8 sounds about right.

Like I said, I'm going off of what the guy that played every one of those teams (except OSU) said.

Well you're wrong because he was only talking about the D lines they went up against not the teams.

That defense is the ONLY team that somewhat slowed LSU down. I don't think it's a stretch to say that they could have shut down all of those other teams as well. Also, why would he have any reason to be biased? The season was done.

The closest game doesn't suggest they may have been the second best team?

Was he? If he was, my mistake. But I'm pretty sure they asked who was the toughest team LSU faced, and he said Auburn.

LINK

There is the link. He did say Auburn was the best team, not defense.

Probably 4. There’s no way they were actually worse than Oklahoma or Baylor

I'm actually ok with this ranking

I thought about ordering it this way myself but it didn't feel right with Clemson beating Ohio State

But I think if you'd have the ability to play a series of 10 games or something absurd that this would be the actual rankings of the top 4 teams. With a massive drop off where everyone outside of the top 4 isn't even close.

People act like a pick six where the QB threw it to a guy that wasn’t looking was a crazy fluke play. It was just a bad throw that was too early which resulted in a turnover.

Why TF are you talking about Alabama. I'm sure they have a message board.
