Aranda recruited about 2 players in his entire career here. I'd be more worried he wouldn't bother to change his ways to stop gimmicky college offenses because this is the way we do it in the NFL.

For defense it will be someone O knows and is comfortable with. Similar to Cregg hire. Would not be shocked if someone with USC connections.
Cregg's job with oline this year was remarkable, they were outstanding.
