Folks aren’t making them public!!!

Boss has a 1000 acre lease where they kill over 130 every year. They don’t advertise because of being afraid someone coming in and trying to overbid them on the lease. This is very common. A lot of big deer being killed that’s never reported. His wife killed a monster 10 pt this year that scored 144 before drying.

130 in deer in Madison parish are pretty damn common. These numbers are way off.

Numbers are off because no one reports them. There are hundreds of deer on peoples walls that score over 130”. It does show basic info that you should already know. Bigger deer along the major rivers and less in the pineywoods and much less in the coastal areas

Or you can interpret it as the “brown and down” areas produce less trophies and/or distance from coonasses

I don’t believe 1-2-3 in northeast la area.

Catahoula produces as much as Concordia does.

Avoyelles number is high mostly because of Lake Ophelia deer get reported and absolute monsters that also get scored. I personally think Avoyelles is best in state. Lots of 130 deer don’t get reported everywhere but a LOT of clubs in Avoyelles parish, especially around Lake Ophelia, encourage member to not report big deer.

I know I sound like an arse saying this, but I’ve killed probably 20 P&Y deer and never entered a single one.

Willow Point used to enter the P&Y’s killed when they first opened up as a way to advertise. I would dare say, Giles Island did the same.

I’ve killed 3 over 140 in Richland In the last 5 years. I didn’t even know there was a way to report it

What I take from this map is people in Avoyelles Parish like to report their kills.

This list is about as accurate as a CNN report on Trump.
