Exactly my point. The SEC knew this was rediculous . The SEC Got tired of this crap and LSU shut up the media talking heads in the 2003 National Championship game with their win over the “ greatest college football team in the annuals of college football according to ESPN!!!

Be that as it may, they are still from the south but You completely missed the point
You said we are here because of the strength of the SEC. Clemson is here even though the ACC blows. The “strength of the SEC” bit us on the arse 8 years ago screw the SEC, I went to LSU not the SEC

between 82 UGA and 92 Bama it wasn’t that the SEC was left out, there were no SEC teams good enough to contend for the NC. If anything the SECCG put 92 Bama in danger of not winning the NC by almost losing quote:

I disagree.
My impression is that a lot of fans from all over the country including and not limited to the SEC footprint are sick of Clemson, sick of Dabo and perhaps most important sick of their fans.
A lot of rival fans want us to win largely to shut them up.
I guess in that respect we’re the devil they know, so to speak and no pun intended.
