YAFTV is a must-see if you're of a conservative slant.
Honorable mention: I'm an old flyboy, and I love watching this guy live the life. Mike Patey. When I grow up, I want to be just like him...

Defunctland is interesting.
It started with small documentary type videos on old disney rides from the past and why they went away.
They also have done videos on other amusement parks, attractions, the Nickelodeon hotel, etc.
He goes into the history and such is very interesting even if amusement parks and such are not your thing.

I have 1 I love, and several channels I really enjoy.
The History Guy is absolutely incredible. Love his videos. Watch the one from a couple weeks ago on transistors, one of his best ever. He really tries to inform on subjects that are almost forgotten in history, subjects that even the average historian doesn't know about. This guy deserves every subscription he gets. Plus he looks and sounds like every history professor ever.
Tom Scott's interesting places videos.
Joe Scott, no relation to Tom, tends to focus more on science, but has a lot of interesting videos. Simple, straight forward, informative.
If you like movies, Sideways, Every Fram a Painting, Lindsey Ellis, Jaime Altonzono's breakdown of the Lord of the Rings soundtrack is incredibly in-depth and eye opening. NerdWriter1 has some very good videos breaking down videos as well.
And of course Smarter Every Day is always a good watch.
