You guys sold out to stop the run and OSU got 200. Burrow is better than TL and you WILL NOT slow him down. We will have 385 passing and 185 running. Your WR will be suffocated by our DB.

LSU 48-24

That is what we did all year and beat the following teams with 7 out of top 10 paid coaches. Get ready for Coach O to beat Dabo and 8 top 10 coaches:

Texas
Texas A&M
Florida
Auburn
Alabama
Georgia
Oklahoma

Oh good another Clemson fan claiming they will win. These tears are going to taste sweet.

For the record your defense is not better than UGAs, Auburn’s, and likely not better than Florida’s or Bamas. All in all it’s probably the 3 best we faced at most and perhaps the 5th or 6th best D we have seen. Everyone of those teams came here spouting the same BS and after the game were left saying “wow your offense is amazing”.

This is perhaps the best offense ever in college football.

You idiots just keep showing up and I just keep bookmarking these threads. You better be thinking about what your next Tigerdroppings ID is going to be because you will need one.

As far as the game ; if you blitz Burrow he will make you pay. If you don’t blitz Burrow he will make you pay. And if you hit him ? Well his accuracy, focus, and determination gets ratcheted up even more.

Soooooooo C ya soon . We are very much looking forward to it!!!!

Ok, so instead of a 60-second drive we make a 90-second drive.

Not only will this slow down your short passing game, but it will put a larger number of people in position to blitz the QB from all angles.

This is how I know your talking out of your arse. Please, by all means, put all of your focus on slowing down our short passing game.

LSU’s offense is superior to Clemson. Absolutely superior. No one has stopped it. The end

Why so many of you dipshits feel the need to come on this site to say how or why your team is better? Is arrogance, insecurity, downright stupidity or just being an antagonist the reason? Maybe it's all of the above. The shite talking will be settled in due time.

On the other side - Our offense vs your defense. This is where it gets fun. I think you have some excellent players on your defense, but this offense is so varied and explosive that no matter what you take away, there is something else just waiting to be exploited. There are playmakers all over the field and just when you think you got it all covered, someone you never heard of takes advantage.

At the helm is the best QB in college football. And he is going to distribute the ball to whichever playmaker that has the best advantage. He's cool, and calm, and relentless

This is LSUs offense

Competition adjusted statistics bear this out.

How is that? Clemson has not faced a great passing offense all season, including playoffs. The best passing offense Clemson has faced is #24 Wake Forest.

Meanwhile, LSU has faced 4 top 20 passing offenses: #3 Alabama, #16 Florida, #18 Oklahoma and #20 Texas. Clemson’s is ranked #19.

So Clemson’s passing offense is about on par with 3 of the opponents LSU has already faced and not as good as one of them. On the other hand, Clemson has not faced a passing offense anywhere near as good as LSU.

No emotions here just facts.

TL is a great player. But he is up against an historic one.

You need to read this link.

JB under pressure is better than 84 FBS quarterbacks under no pressure.

Let me restate that so it’s clear.....

Burrow, when his first, second, third options are taken away, when the pocket has collapsed and he has to scramble......is STILL better than 84 (~65%) quarterbacks when the play goes exactly as planned. Think about that. And that article doesn’t even include UGA and OU stats.

All of which might not be such a big problem for Clemson because:

quote:

This is where BV comes in. I think we can all agree that he is brilliant at scheming, exotic blitzing, and in game adjustments.

and I might therefore be worried.....if it weren’t for the tempo and hurry-up that LSU has run to near perfection against all comers this season, which negates his many and varied substitution packages.

Look man, no emotion here, but y’all really need to look at this more reasonably. You’ve played one elite team this year and barely beat them in the last minute with an interception in the end zone.

LSU has faced talent at or near the level of OSU week after week, and dismantled them one by one. Not eeking out wins at the last minute....blowing them out. Humiliating them. Many of the best teams in college football.

Step back and look at this season. I’m trying to help you here.

Our defense vs. your offense: This is the Marquee match-up so let's start here. You guys have had a phenomenal year - setting records and scorching teams. And we won't try to stop you. We ARE going to slow you down. The question is by how much ?

not necessary to read this, blah blah...

clempson defense participated but OSU gave away the game.
look at the yardage your defense gave to OSU.
look at the misques OSU offense produced in the 1st half alone.

going to be a great game and a great win for LSU.
