One that gives me exactly the nutrition needed to maintain a healthy weight. I figure no matter how much you like whatever you choose, you will end up sick of it. Just and soon be sick of what you eat all the time while healthy.

A cup of dark roast coffee with Stevia, Ghiardelli cocoa powder, and a little heavy whipping cream.
