Odell Beckham didn’t deny he wants out of Cleveland and Baker Mayfield trashed the team’s training staff, adding yet another wild chapter to the Browns’ dysfunctional season. Hours after Fox Sports’ Jay Glazer reported the 27-year-old receiver wants out of Cleveland and has told opponents to “come get me out of here,” Beckham did not deny the report after the 6-7 Browns defeated the Bengals.

Meanwhile, after news came out Sunday morning that Beckham has been playing through a sports hernia all season, Mayfield took a shocking swipe at the Browns’ training staff by saying they botched treating the star wideout. “I’d say that it wasn’t handled right,” Mayfield said. “He’s not able to run as well as he should be able to, as well as he knows, and that’s frustrating for him. You can sense that’s some of his frustration, where that comes from. It wasn’t handled the right way in our training room. It is what it is. His not 100 percent is still good enough for us.”

Baker sure likes throwing everybody under the bus, doesn’t he?

I remember when Nate Burleson picked the Browns to win the AFC on CBS's NFL Today at the beginning of the year.

Shocker, he will never be happy on any team.

For a team with that much talent, they suck worse than the Cowboys

The Browns are 6-7, the 3rd youngest team in the NFL, played the toughest schedule in the NFL, have a rookie head coach...and are still in the playoff hunt and are a "dumpster fire"?????? Yea the Browns haven't lived up to expectations, but the schedule had a lot to do with that. The Browns played the HARDEST 6 game stretch of any team in the NFL this year.

LA Rams (8-5)
@Ravens (11-2)
@49ers (11-2)
Seattle (10-3)
@Patriots (10-3)
Bills (9-4)

Show me a team that's played that gauntlet...ill wait. The simple fact that the Browns are very much alive is amazing for such a young team.

Current Wildcard Battle:

Buffalo (9-4) - @Steelers, @Patriots, Jets
Pittsburgh (8-5) - Bills, @Jets, @Ravens
Tennessee (8-5) - Texans, Saints, @Texans
Cleveland (6-7) - @Cardinals, Ravens, @Cincinnati

The Browns are still very much alive for the final wild card. They need a bunch of help, but its not unrealistic help. Obviously the Browns have to win out, but their schedule is the easiest of the wildcard teams. Its not impossible. The "dumpster fire" term is just dumb. Its just Odell being Odell!

This statement proves that people don't watch football. The Browns play in a division with the Ravens (11-2) and the Steelers (8-5). The Cowboys play in the worst NFC East where they lead the division with a losing record. Give me a break....

Browns suck, Kitchens is in over his head, they don't know how to use Beckham, Landry, Chubb, or Njoku (who has been hurt) Mayfield is overrated as frick and is like Jameis Winston, he will make a great play and follow it up by a bonehead mistake.

His worst nightmare is coming true-becoming irrelevant.

This is the Browns' number one concern. He may not be the worst coach in the NFL (or he might be), but he is certainly the worst fit for that team.

Odell is a drama queen but I don't blame him for being frustrated. His talents are just wasting away in Cleveland. I'm surprised we haven't seen him have another meltdown on the sideline yet

Kitchens may in fact be in over his head, but he is a rookie head coach with the 3rd youngest team in the NFL. The Browns have played THE toughest schedule in the NFL and are still in the playoff hunt. Nick Chubb is the leading rusher in the NFL...Kitchens must be doing something right there? He may just need time. Baker and Landry have a GREAT chemistry....again this is Odell being Odell. Some of you just see "Browns" and throw out dumb statements. The last time the Browns fired a young but unproven head coach...it turned out to be Bill Belichick!!

The Browns are only mathematically alive. They aren’t making the playoffs

The Browns are the 3rd youngest team in the NFL and have played the toughest schedule in the NFL. There ya go...seems you need to actually let that sink in.

Browns would be largely helped on O by some offensive line improvements. They really aren’t a terrible team.

Now Cincy? Miami? NYJ? All awful

Rams 25.6 (10)
Broncos 25.7 (11)
49ers 25.7 (12)

Here are the youngest teams. Not much difference in average age. Out of all those teams, I’d say only the Browns and Broncos have a concern about their head coach (dolphins are tanking).

Browns went skill players over offensive linemen and have a coach that can’t coach. Not a great idea. Browns have a tough schedule, but they just aren’t that good. And the diva personalities will explode before they come together.

They need a new coach immediately!
