Why George Zimmerman has a slam dunk case against the State of Florida

TLDR: Rachael Jenteal was a fake witness manufactured by the Florida prosecution to take the place of Diamond Eugene who refused to sign a false affadavit.

quote:
When prosecutor Bernie Di La Rionda interviewed Rachel Jeantel, he never asked for her ID. Later State Atny Angela Corey flew both Rachel and Diamond to Jacksonville to organize testimony. The State set it up. *ALL* these people knew??
He knew all along that Rachel wasn't witness #8, and he helped the scheme by remaining silent while the State of Florida hid her identity claiming a need to protect the "minor child".
Tom Perez was head of the DOJ Community Relations Service at the time of the scheme.
Perez helped to hide the fraud because if it became known at the time President Obama would have been compromised by the scandal.
The imposter for Witness #8 was an open secret. That's why the Miami Garden community didn't rally around Sybrina Fulton at the time. They discovered the fraud because they knew Trayvon's real girlfriend.
When Benjamin Crump introduced the "phone witness" he called her "Dee Dee", Trayvon's girlfriend, a "minor child".
16-year old Diamond Eugene was the actual girlfriend.
18-year old Rachel Jeantel was the imposter the entire team used to replace her.
This is the false affidavit that Diamond refused to sign because it wasn't true.
So they needed Rachel Jeantel to replace her.
The state of Florida prosecutors knew this affidavit was false. Angela Corey, Bernie De La Rionda and John Guy.
This is the statement that presumably Diamond Eugene wrote. The state put this into evidence claiming Rachel Jeantel (Witness #8) wrote it.
At trial Jeantel admitted she couldn't even read it.
The entire case was built upon a fraud.
The state was a willful participant in the fraud. Blending evidence taken from Diamond and attributing it to Rachel Jeantel (who they gave the alias "Dee Dee") because they didn't want the switch exposed.
The reason they (the entire prosecution team and Trayvon attorneys) used an *alias*, "Dee Dee", was specifically to avoid anyone in the community (who knew Diamond) going to the media or defense to inform them Witness 8 doesn't match Trayvon's girlfriend.
The State hid Dee Dee as long as they could. However, eventually the defense had to take a deposition; that's when they discovered something was sketchy.
However, the SAO organized and controlled the deposition. Again, more evidence of participation by prosecutors.
SAO Angela Corey and Prosecutor Bernie De La Rionda kept Rachel Jeantel in a witness protection program. This was how they kept everyone oblivious until trial.
At trial it all fell apart (mostly) when the story attributed to Jeantel no longer matched her testimony.
Those who followed the trial knew Rachel Jeantel didn't match "witness 8" evidence. Wasn't even close.
We knew there was another "Dee Dee" who was Trayvon's real girlfriend.
But it wasn't until recently that Diamond Eugene came forward with her admission.
This is why George Zimmerman has an absolutely rock solid lawsuit against all of the participants, including the State of Florida.
However, it's unfortunate Zimmerman can't sue the media people who knew of the fraud and yet sat silent.
They (and others) all knew??

Was Rachael the blindingly stupid one that we were all supposed to feel bad about making fun of?

How does that legal team decide to do something like that with that high profile of a case? Jesus.

If true, Florida is definitely fricked here.

Wait, will that fake girlfriend get charged now? She has to right? You can't just impersonate someone on the stand.
What's more disgusting is they only tried to pull that stunt because Trayvon was dead and couldn't refute the story. Good for that young lady for refusing to sign the affidavit.

I don’t think Rachael Jenteal was uhm....... sophisticated enough to pull this off and I’m being kind. Or, maybe it was a brilliant move.

Funny how defense lawyers catch all the grief, but there are no shortage of POS prosecutors.

What is amazing to Scruffy is that there will be those who flatout support the generation of false witnesses in this situation because “politics”.
