Are just as bad as people who don't remove their shoes when coming into a house. Unless the homeowner says you don't have too, remove your shoes.

When dogs come in they are already barefoot. Mindblown.

Everyone in NYC removes their shoes. You don’t want to track the city though your apartment.

I won't get terribly worked up if someone asks me to do that, although I'll probably think you a bit odd if you ask all guests to your house to do that. But, I've certainly never considered such a thing the default assumption when visiting someone else's house in this country.

A lot of euro and Scanda people require this too. It makes sense and it doesn't make sense so I'm 50/50 on it.

I'd rather you keep your shoes on than your nasty feet on my floor.

Yeah, had a Bosnian neighbor that never wore shoes in the house

Not only do I wear my shoes but they're also getting grinded into the couch Dave Chappelle style

Many Asians think it is disgusting to drag whatever you been stepping in into their house. They kind of have a point.
