Well yeah but this has gone on for years.

What’s important is that she not abort the baby. Regardless of the situation, the baby deserves to live.

If doesn’t think she can deal with it, putting it up for adoption is a great option.

No. This shouldn't be celebrated.

I mean, if she's not going to abort the baby, and she's poor, might as well sell it (under the table of course)

Or you could just not be a trashy judgmental type that needs to come here and find out how the OT groupthink tells you to feel.

There's no reason not to view pregnancy in a positive light. Maybe becoming a mom will make her 10x the person she'd have been otherwise. Sure she'll likely struggle, and I really hope my kids are responsible enough to start their families once they're in a more stable situation.

It doesn't make her bad or give you good reason to trash her.

The OT has become the moral compass for the world.

her family is not poor and her parents are good people so I have no doubt the baby will be taken care off but still her parents are going to be on the hook for it for at least the next few years

It’s not uncommon for 3 or more generations to live in the same household in most of the world

any pregnancy that’s not between a married man and woman should be viewed negatively

I will say first that this is the last thing that I would want to have happen to my daughter and pray that it does not.

But, if it did, since it would be my daughter's child, I would love the kid and take care of it even if it put me out some change.

But I would not be looking for congrats from other people.

I've asked them if they couldn't afford condoms.

Whores don't like that.

Erm...which well? I could be waiting down there, to see if she floats. I’ll holler up if she sinks. And you can all leave, paying no attention to the moans and cries coming from the well. Just the Witchery escaping

If I knocked up some broad (or my future kid did), it doesn’t make me any less correct
