I was going to say Danver's (they had pretty good hamburgers). But, apparently, there are some still in existence in Memphis. Tupelo had one when I was in college back in the Fall of 1998, but I don't know if it's still around.

Non-fast food joints I definitely miss:
Geauld Tigers on Chimes Street
The short lived Bud’s Broiler on Nicholson
The Cortana Chick-fil-a
A Taste of China on Airline
Poncho’s
Ryan’s (I think it was on Bluebonnet or maybe Old Hammond)
Nino’s on Carrolton in New Orleans
City Park Bud’s Broiler
Rotolo’s on Government
City Pork under the Overpass
Atcha Bakery
Hymel’s
Val’s Marina
Marchand’s on Burnside
Sicily’s Pizza in the shopping center where the Malco is now in Gonzales
South of Philly on Sherwood
Both Couyan’s locations on the east side of the river
Other random things I miss:
The Broadmoor Theater
Tinseltown
Spaceport and K&B toys next to the Walden Books at Cortana
Leo’s Iceland
Skating rinks in gonzales
The Icegators and Kingfish hockey teams
Burger special at Mahoney’s
The Spanish Moon
The Dark Room
Shows in the back of the Pop Shop
The air gondolas in New Orleans
FYE
The Old Alex Box
Parking/Tailgating for LSU games before 2007

There’s still one in Houston on 45. Loved going to the Nicholson location after church on Sundays.

Burger Tyme /
was that the little place over by the airport on Surrey?
No that was Buns I believe. Burger Tyme was across from UMC on Bertrand, by the mall where Best Buy is, and one on the Thruway next to the closed down Taco Bell (thinks it's a used car lot now).

For remembrance only, Morrison's in Savannah. And that's because my Grandfather and I always went there.
There used to be a Morrisons at the mall in Hammond, LA. My grandparents lived in Madisonville and we would meet them there on Sundays often. Haven't thought about that place in years.
