I’m usually a stickler for shitty dialogue and I’m not really picking this up. Seems more OT based dialogue than anything. It’s not the strongest but it’s not distracting at all.

The Mandalorian crew is going to relocate. Can’t go ham on a local bounty hunting hub and stay down the block like nothing happened.

I was wondering that. I’m sure somebody recognizes the way he walks and moves and could tell.

Great episode, I think Mando purposely shot him where he knew he had beskar in his pocket. We'll probably see Werner Herzog's character again too. It'll be interesting to see where he takes baby yoda.

This is easily the best piece of Star Wars since OT, Rogue One isn’t far behind but I love this.

No familiar characters whatsoever, a couple of unnamed worlds, just a gunslinger that goes by Mando realizing he wants to protect the cutest thing in the galaxy.

Like others have said, the iron man call back at the end was my only qualm with the episode. The rest was pure bad arse Star Wars as it should be.

It’s actually nice not seeing lightsabers for once, something about blasters only makes it that much cooler.

I know I’m about to catch a lot of flack but this show isn’t that great.

I agree with you but I'm not overly critical of the show at this point. It's just a fun, enjoyable show. It's easy to follow, visually on point, and isn't trying to be anything special. It's a Star Wars series that is hitting on all cylinders. Mindless fun.

the fight scenes are so over the top unrealistic

Did you notice the storm troopers fumbling with their guns when they knew he was in the room with him? They were terrified. Seemed pretty realistic to me.

the entire final shoot out scene kind of fell flat for me.

If you didn't get a rush when the Mandos started flying in to save the day, I feel bad for you. If I didn't have my 3 month old sleeping in my lap,I would've started whooping. We've been beaten over the head with shitty live action Star Wars for 20 years now. I'm not going to over analyze dozens of Boba Fetts flying in to wreck shite when it's given to me.

Was the scientist sympathetic to the baby or he just wanted it alive to do tests?

Not sure what role he will play later.

I’m thinking he’s stealing the midichlorians so he can give force powers to the clone Emperor.

It has cheesy, clunky dialogue because it’s Star Wars.

The Iron Man/Rocketeer salute was great.

The Iron Man 3 cavalry coming to the rescue was awesome.

Stick removal from anus is a prerequisite to enjoying this show.

So how hard do y’all think Disney has them Chinese and Taiwanese kids working to get Baby Yodas made in time for Christmas?

Going to be hilarious when it outsells every piece of merchandise for Episode 9.

Pretty sure that Kamino scientist is in some sort of Galen Erso situation.

All Star Wars stuff could be this great if they would get rid of Kathleen Kennedy.

That’s a good theory but I hope not. I want this show to stay the hell away from any tie ins to the new trilogy.

Very good series so far, better than the movies that they are releasing, run time sucks. What all of you have said. They will make a killing off baby Yoda and BD sales this year, but what will they call baby yoda in the stores?
