It seems like he views himself as a modern day slave or someone being held down. Showing up for his widely publicized "workout" in a Kunta Kinte shirt is pretty damn telling as well as telling owners to stop "running from the truth" (whatever the frick that means). The whole thing just screams that he's looking for attention and actually playing football is on the back burner

The Twitter banter bw Eric Reid and Stephen A Smith is very entertaining. All the black people have seemed to turn on Stephen A. Basically Eric Reid and tons of others calling Stephen A 'Uncle Tom' when Eric Reid is literally collecting a check from the NFL.

Slavery to me isn't specifically a race issue, though that's how its perceived in this country typically always. Wage slavery is a concept not based off of race at all. I just enjoy playing devil's advocate.

They settled with him, but yeah. I have no idea how many times you can do it. I assume something has to change but I'm no lawyer. Seems like the NFL just wanted to attempt to force him to agree to forgo all future litigation attempts in order to participate in their workout.

I don't even consider myself anti-Kaep. The kneeling stuff never bothered me. I wanted to see him play again because he did have thay 1 really good season.
He was not black balled as his team likes to put it. Teams just decided he wasn't good enough of a player to deal with his extra antics that he will bring. That does not equal collusion of all 32 teams teaming up to say no one will allow Kaep to play again. I don't even think the owners like each other enough have that sort of teamwork.
This past workout proves how much of a dumbass he is. An NFL workout id basically akin to a job interview in thw real world. What does Kaep do at his job interview? Change details (time and place) of his interview forcing the employer to bend to his needs and wants. Wears a shirt alluding to slavery. Then basically goes to insult his potential employer directly after the interview.
What job do you know would hire someone after all that

Some are conflating the league's devious behavior on concussions with this issue, it's not useful in my opinion. The only way to maintain reasoning is to evaluate based on evidence on a per case basis.
