It’s not about who you beat, it’s about computers; and the eye test; and history; and other nonsensical things.

Tells me that UGA, Penn State, Florida, and OU (and maybe Minn...but they’ve had some horrible wins)) should be above Bama.

They didn't qualify for inclusion.

Don't their 13 national championships count for anything this season?

Same place as Oregons, and the media will fight it out over which one gets in.

Wait you missed Bama's top 25 win. Oh, sorry, that's just dirt.

But didn't Bama beat Bama so that should qualify as a win over #4?

I wish some national talking head would stumble upon this.

No doubt Bama is great, but shouldn’t there be some clear proof on the resume?

Clemson as well. I find it funny that Clemson and Bama haven't beaten a single top 25 team yet are still ranked in the top 5.

If Oregon wins out, at least they'll have a win over ranked Utah. Bama won't have anything on their resume to match that.

If Clemson is top 4 without any top 25 wins why can't Bama be top 4? It is conceivable Alabama is the second best team in the country right now.
