You can also try Appleton 21 or Foursquare for sipping.

Bayou has some select bottles that are great on the rocks. I can also drink Bayou spiced straight or on the rocks as well. There’s a great little distillery near Pensacola beach that makes a delicious spiced rum that tastes like christmas.

I have more varieties of rum in my liquor cabinet than all other liquors and what not combined.

A dark and stormy, minus the lime, is my go to drink in summer. Although I am a heathen amd usually make it with a diet ginger ale.

A buddy, roommate at the time, had a few business trips to Trinidad about 18 years ago and would bring back Angostura every time. Great to sip on the rocks, very scotch-esque. I don't remember which specific bottle it was, 7 year or 12 year, but it wasn't expensive to buy there.

If you like rum you should try Bumbu. It’s delicious.

Had my first taste this weekend. A friend brought 3 bottles on our boat. A bit sweat. Almost like a dessert drink.

This one has to have some sugar or molasses added to it.

It's good but I don't like them this funky
