In other words, plant based diets don't do much to help CO2 emissions; and washing in cold water doesn't help (especially since washing machines need the hot water to break down the soap anyway.

Nihlism is definitely the path of least resistance. Life seems like it would be meaningless to me if i dont have children. Create something of infinite value or collect meaningless possessions until I die. Not that tough of a choice.
